A lot is said about sleep. It is one thing that is common to every one of us. Some say sleep this much or this way. But the prime cause of sleeping is discussed here. While sleeping, our brain adjusts the gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and resistant systems to strengthen the body. It also detoxifies the liver, kidneys, etc. while also rejuvenating and healing us. This simple procedure also processes all the information and knowledge that we grab during the day that allows us to operate competently- physically, psychologically, and emotionally all the way through the day. While we sleep, our body grows and the fats are burnt. Whatever we learn during the day is stored in the apt places. It could be for 6 or 7 or 8 hours for some of us, maybe less or more for others.
