Artist Reminds Us In The Most Hilarious Way That World Leaders Are Just People

Social status and authority have blinded people into identifying with so called “leaders” as being some how untouchable larger than life figures. Italy-based artist Cristina Guggeri, however, reminds us that they are just people, in a hilarious series of images called Il Dovere Quotidiano, or “The Daily Duty.”

Human beings should never be looked up to for their social status or authority in a society that itself is backwards and plagued by war, poverty, violence and inequality. The only thing we should look up to is kindness and helping the oppressed.
