Black-Eyed Ghost Appears In Pop Star’s Selfie

Musician and co-founder of MMP entertainment, Melo Lv, has amassed over 60,000 followers on Instagram and uses the platform to update her fans on new music and her day-to-day life. However, a recent post garnered a significant amount of attention for a completely different reason, one that many thinks could be paranormal.

 

 

This year, Melo Lv was awarded 1st place of “Vancouver Asian Online Influencer,” but her recent influx of Instagram views aggregated for an unexpected reason. The Chinese-Canadian singer posted a seemingly ordinary selfie video of her and a friend waiting for a pool party to begin.

 

“Hey guys, it’s super hot in Vancouver today and me and Joanna are just waiting for a friend who is super late to come today,” Melo Lv says in the video while standing in the pool. She then proceeds to pan the camera left and right to show the pool in its entirety and prompt more people to come join them.

However, for one brief moment, there appears to be a dark-eyed ghost lurking in the background behind Melo Lv. The entity is almost transparent but distinguishable from its surroundings due to an offset blur and a hazy face with two black eyes, but just like a scene from a horror film, when the camera pans back, it’s gone.

 

 

Melo Lv was clueless of her paranormal selfie bomber when she uploaded the video, writing, “When there are cute girls in the pool with drinks but your friends are late.” However, she was quickly informed after a number of followers started to point out the abnormal visual.

 

 

The musician told Daily Mail that she had to watch the video a number of times before she saw what others were pointing out, but once she did, she admitted she found it terrifying. “When I think about it now, I still feel a little creepy,” Melo said.

 

Since being uploaded, the video has garnered over 26,000 views on Instagram in just a matter of days. While the footage is certainly ominous, one has to wonder if Melo Lv really managed to capture the supernatural or if she’s just an incredibly stealth influencer who knows how to market.
