If you are still not aware about Brown paper Bag Comics, you have been missing something really interesting. Worry, we got it covered for you. Brown Paper bag is s comical series about growing up in Indian Society and its hypocrisies. It is the brain child of Sailesh Gopalan, a design student from Srishti School of Art Design and Technology in Bangalore. His first comic came out in June 2016 and it had hit all right in the middle with the ironies of our society. I remember reading it on Reddit when it first came out and immediately shared with my friends. Here, have a piece of it.

1. RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN

Being a responsible Citizen I also separate my waste but the its important to educate everyone right from the garbageman/woman to the citizen and everyone in between. Waste is the major problem our nation is facing and the only way to solve this issue is by educating everyone.

2. HAI RAMM!!

We are a part of the hypocritical society and we don’t even realize it at times. We all these aunties who are quick to judge other without having a good look at themselves. Now, we are not blaming anyone but we are. 😉

3. MERI BALL!!

This was ofcourse the part of everyone’s childhood, the who owned the bat/ball had to be respected but it was all fun and game, so no issues there.

BBUUTTT there is a high possibility that kid grew up be an asshole. Just saying!

4. GO PLAY OUTSIDE!

Well Well, this is like a boxing match when u are cornered and you just cant come out of it.You are punched whereever you go. Now with the advent of technology, kids dont go out usually and sadly its not gonna change but I plan to raise my kids the way I grew up, In Dust!

5. WHAT THE HELL ANANYA

Mommy issues everyone can relate to and not just girls. Well, thats Maa and you cant really do anything about it.

6. EVERY.F*CKIN.TIME

What also used to happen was we couldnt wait to leave school on the last t=day before holidays, wake up like Boss for days to come and were bored way before the end of holidays and couldnt wait to get back to school and make excuses for not doing holiday homework. 5 Headlines everyday was the worst.

7. IT’S ALL YOUR FAULT

Oh this is real (every comic is). It was difficult to even explain the concept of computers. Even if a glass broke, it was the fault of the computer and you cant really argue with that logic, so you just accept defeat.

8. SUSPICIOUS

Girl, Boy in a room, they are gonna ding-dong! When all we wanted to do was well… ding dong!

9. ME IN EVERY EXAM

Drake and Rihanna was literally the worst time of my life. Just kidding, back then It was Back Street Boys, ALRIGHT!

10. GUILTY

Well this happens to all of us, we can laugh it off and say that people are this and that but we do that ourselves without realizing. We buy all these fancy clothes and iPhone but we want to bargain with autowalas for 20 bucks. Take a note next time.

11. BROOOOO

This is like LMAOest comic but this is so true. Ofcourse, the girls cant relate but lets take this time to honor our brothers who have sacrificed their butter chicken for the girl who he never got.
