A young South African man had rescued an injured owl. In the following couple of months, the bird had made a full recovery, got accustomed to living in it’s savior’s house and even became best friends with his cat. One evening, as the guy was in his room working at the computer, he witnessed the owl fly in through the window, carrying a dead mouse in it’s claws. The bird then proceeded to ’’offer’’ its prey to each of the house’s inhabitants! As it turned out, this was the start of a new tradition. Every time the owl returned home from its nocturnal hunting raids, it invariably brought ’’presents’’ for its adoptive ’’family’’!
