  • 200 ml water
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 gram of yeast
  • 2-liter plastic bottle

How to make a homemade mosquito trap?

  • Cut the plastic bottle in half.
  • Mix brown sugar with hot water and let it cool.
  • Then pour in the bottom half of the bottle.
  • Add the yeast to create carbon dioxide, which attracts mosquitoes.
  • Place the funnel part upside down into the other half.
  • Wrap it something black and leave the top uncovered
  • Place it away from your normal sitting area.

You can change this solution every couple of weeks for constant mosquito control!
