A psychologist began his seminar by holding up a glass of water for everyone to see.
He then asked one of the audience members how much the glass weighs.
A lady replied 5 oz or 7 oz may be…
He then asked her what would happen if he held it up for a few minutes.
She said- nothing
He then asked- after an hour?

She said- your arm would ache.
He further asked- what about the full day
Student said- your arm could go numb which might land in a hospital.
He then asked if the glass weight changed.
She said ‘No’

He then asked- What should I to remove pain?
She said- Easy! Just put the glass down!
He said- Great!
Now, most of the problems in life are like that.
In head for a few minutes, they would be alright.
