A woman celebrating her 21st birthday at the Las Vegas concert claims that she and her friends witnessed security escort a fellow female concertgoer from the event after she was heard telling members of the crowd “they were going to die” nearly 45 minutes before the shooting broke out late Sunday night from Mandalay Bay hotel.

In what has been identified as the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history, at least 50 people have been killed and more than 400 injured after a gunman opened fire on the city’s famous strip at the Route 91 Harvest country music festival.

The witness told local Las Vegas station KSNV that prior to the deadly shooting, she saw security remove a woman and man from the concert after they allegedly told attendees they would “die tonight.”

“There was a lady who pushed her way forward into the concert venue, into the front row,” the witness said in the interview.

“She started messing with another lady and told us that we were all going to die tonight,” the woman, identified as Briana Hendricks in her interview, continued. “It was about 45 minutes before the shots were actually fired. But then she was escorted out by security.”

“It makes me feel uncomfortable especially coming here for my 21st birthday. Not knowing if I’m safe going home tomorrow,” she added.

“They just looked like everyday people,” the witness added.
